pool 1:15:00 [3]

started today with 30 min run which felt pretty good got a really good sleep last night so i think that helped. in the pool i did 1 min hard 45 easy x12 that also felt good.

leg was tight today so was getting some pains throughout the day.

in the pool today i 15 hard, 15 easy, 30 hard, 15 easy, 45hard, 30 easy, 1 min hard, 30 easy, 1 min hard, 30 easy, 45 hard, 30 easy, 3o hard, 15 easy, 15 hard, 15 easy x2 ok workout leg was a bit sore.

leg was bit sore from yesterday, and was a bit sore yesterday later in the day today i iced a lot.

todays run started slow but it turned into a great run since it started a bit slow i decided to go out 14 and tried to push it on the way back and see if i could make it back in 25 min, i ended up making it back in 25:15 which i though was pretty good. really like trying to get my legs moving faster again.

leg seemed good i will see how it feels later today with that fast running but during run it was all good.

did pool workout around 5 today felt good was bit tired from work but once got going it was ok. i did 45sec hard 15 easy x15.

leg was good again today few pains here and there but not to bad

went for 20 min run today was a good run went out 12 min and came back in 8 so was moving quite bit faster on way back which felt nice to do haven't done it in a while. then went into the pool and did 2:15 down to 15.

leg was good again today, i iced after for a while with the running bit faster today.

pool workout today which was 1:15 hard 45 easy x10 workout was good but during last few sets started to get a pain in the back of my right knee once finished workout it was really tight so tried to stretch it out.

leg was good today nothing major in means of pain

in the pool i did 30 sec hard 30 easy x20 which felt really good i felt like i got lot out of it. after pool went for a run which was pretty good only did 15 min though because the leg was starting to get a little tingly so didn't want to over do it.
