pool today was pretty bad today leg has been hurting so much and its just making everything so slow because the pain is so much.

started with my run today but didn't manage to get the pool in because after my run my leg was just hurting to much. the run was fairly slow and legs were feeling numb. after the run was feeling a lot of shooting pains throughout entire leg.

pool workout today leg didn't fell to bad feel like the ice help a lot yesterday. pool workout was 2:15 down by 15 each interval to 0. feel like i got somme good stuff out of today.

did pool workout out this morning and a 40 min run today was kind of rough in general my leg has really started to hurt again was having some really bad shooting pains so basically just tried to ice any free time i had today.

i took it down a bit today just so don't bother the leg to much but i still managed to get in a good pool workout,

i iced the leg a lot today cause was bothering last night and today.

pool today was 1:30 hard 30 easy x8 hard workout but felt good after, then did 35 min run.

leg was bothering bit more today soon as get up in time it just seems to start to hurt.

pool workout this morning i did 40 hard 20 easy x15. felt like got lots out of today


leg still bit tight so few pains still tried the role it out but didn't seem to do much
