Biking 30:00 [3]

Just went on the bike today no weights. Did 30 min on the bike but fairly slower than my 20 min bikes.

leg was starting to get sensitive once got past 25 min

Today I didn't bike or do weights all I did was abs and lots of stretching.
stretching went really good my back and legs have really been hurting so that helped them out a lot.

Biking 20:00 [3]

Today was the first time I have ever slept in for a morning workout!! I must of set my alarm wrong or slept threw it. I had a doctors appointment this morning that went fairly well got a bunch of referals so thats good. later on after class I went to the gym and did 20 min easy on the bike again and weights.

My leg was having few pains throughout the day, and it also was having these pains last night after yesterdays workout.

Today went on the bike after class and road the bike for 20 min then did hour and a half in the gym doing weights.

Felt good today few pains but not very much at all.
