Biking 20:00 
Today was the first time I have ever slept in for a morning workout!! I must of set my alarm wrong or slept threw it. I had a doctors appointment this morning that went fairly well got a bunch of referals so thats good. later on after class I went to the gym and did 20 min easy on the bike again and weights.
My leg was having few pains throughout the day, and it also was having these pains last night after yesterdays workout.
