Biking 30:00 [3]

road bike today for 30 min and did lots of stretching for my back the pain is sticking around lot longer than i thought it would.

leg was hurting today was getting a lot of shooting pains while studying.

didn't bike today took a day off cause leg has been acting up a bit lately so i just stretched and rolled.

went for a longer bike then usually today which felt pretty good. skipped weights today with my back hurting.

leg did start too bother me a bit later in the day with the longer bike ride so prob going to bring it back down.

Did nothing today can barely get out of bed with this dislocated rib. did manage to get up to go to chiro and acupuncture which seemed to help a bit but not to to much.

did 20 min on the bike this morning then did weights(shoulders). both went good then right after in class my back just started to kill i could barely get out of my chair.

on bright side with my back hurting i can't feel any leg pains.

Did 20 min on the bike today a bit harder than usual, but right after my leg did start to hurt so not doing that again for a while. After biking I did weights and abs which went well.
