today i did 20 mink on the bike bit harder then usually seemed fairly good until last few min started to hurt. after bike did weights then stretched and rolled
today I went 45 min, a bit longer on the bike but took it really slow. Leg felt good but was going a lot slower than usually. took day off from weights today and just did abs.
this morning I started off with 30 min on the bike started off slow but worked my way up throughout. biking went pretty good today i felt no really pain in the leg during workout just a bit of tingling. After did weights and abs then went to class.
went on bike today but had to stop early because leg was bothering me to much so shut it down pretty quick. then i just iced it for a while and tried to stretch and roll it out.
