Biking 20:00 [3]

today i did 20 mink on the bike bit harder then usually seemed fairly good until last few min started to hurt. after bike did weights then stretched and rolled

took friday off from biking and just did weights then stretched a rolled. leg was good today didn't fell any really pain throughout the day.

Biking 45:00 [3]

today I went 45 min, a bit longer on the bike but took it really slow. Leg felt good but was going a lot slower than usually. took day off from weights today and just did abs.

30 min on the bike this afternoon went pretty good one of the better bikes i have gone on for a while. After did back and abs.

leg was good for workout but had a few pains later in the evening

this morning I started off with 30 min on the bike started off slow but worked my way up throughout. biking went pretty good today i felt no really pain in the leg during workout just a bit of tingling. After did weights and abs then went to class.

went on bike today but had to stop early because leg was bothering me to much so shut it down pretty quick. then i just iced it for a while and tried to stretch and roll it out.

just road the bike today for 30 min my back is still hurting so didn't want to make it worse by doing weights.

my leg was bothering me a bit today few shooting pains on the bike
