after my exam today went to the gym and did 20 min of swimming with floaty between the legs. After did weights and abs. was felling really tired today but the leg was felling good.
decided to try the pool this morning so did 30 min just arms swimming. I felt it went really good, just a little sore after. after pool just stretched and rolled.
was planning on doing 20 on the bike today but my leg was just bothering me to much so pulled the plug at 15 min. after the bike i did weights and stretched and rolled.
woke up today and my leg was really hurting so stretched it and rolled it a lot before going on the bike. Seemed to help a bit but after a bit on the bike it started to hurt again so did pouch it to much. after bike did weights and abs.
