got tonsils removed today so won't be working out for next little bit.
word of advice for anyone reading this!! never get your tonsils out it is awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got to gym only biked for 30 min leg was bit sore today but not to bad considering i did do lots yesterday. After biking I did some of my leg strengthening exercises and weights. ended off with abs and stretching

pool practice this morning, did six min swim with the team and tried some A walks in the shallow end to start. after I swam just arms for about 25 min then jump back in with the team to do some deep end running. everything felt pretty good but legs were starting to get little sore closer to end of deep end running. after pool did med ball and shoulders

biked for 45 min today started with 15 min warm up into 1 min harder 1 min easy into 15min cool down. felt really good to pick up pace a bit. after biking tried some lunges and squats very easily leg was feeling tender on these so didn't want to push to hard but still wanted to get the strengthening in. then did chest in the weight room. and ended off workout with abs.

Today got to the gym and stretched for about 30 min worked on my back for most of the time. After went on bike for 30 min wasn't going to hard but level on the bike was fairly higher than usual. after biking i did some weights and abs.
