15 min warm up on the elliptical today then went into the workout which was 1min hard 1 min easy x20 did about 6 min go it on the elliptical then rest on the bike then 15cd
pool workout on my own this morning, did 90sec hard 30 recovery x4 2 sets. went pretty good leg was bit sore but nothing i couldn't push through end with 15 deep water running
20 min warm up on the elliptical today then went on the bike and did 5 min hard 2 min rest x4 then 15 cd . leg was pretty good no real problems. after did weights and abs
an hour on the bike today first 50 min was increasing the effort every 5 min or so then just nice and easy for 10 min leg has been hurting a bit so still taking it easy but wasn't to bad today. after started to do weights but got really dizzy and nauseous so head home.
