30 min of elliptical today 10 easy 10 medium 10 hard then on the bike did 4,3,2,2,1,1 and 15 cd. Felt really good today finally got my legs moving fast again leg was bit sore after tho. Did weights and abs after
Pool workout this morning 2 sets of 90,75,60,45,30,15 with 30s after 90,75,60 and15s after 45 30 15s ended with 15 min of deep water running. Felt good today leg bothered me bit later but wasn't to bad didn't last long
15 min warmup on the elliptical to start then went into 2min hard 1 min easy x5 two sets of that with 2 min between sets. did first set on the elliptical which went good really got after it. second set on bike then 15 cd on bike. after did weights and abs.
