elliptical 1:05:00 [3]

On elliptical 10 mins easy, 10 mins medium, 10 mins hard, 3 mins easy, 2 X (3 , 2 , 1min, hard with 1 min easy) with 2 mins easy between sets,15 mins down, after did hurdles weights and abs. Felt good today to do full workout in elliptical leg was getting sore near end tho so did cool down really slow

Did 30 min swim today and 30 min deep water running felt good still a little sore in the leg though so iced after.

pool workout again today did 2 sets of 15,30,45,60,60,45,30,15 with 15s inbetween and 1 min between sets. then 15 min deep water running. after did new weight circuit and abs. leg has really been hurting lately so iced a lot today.

did pool workout today cause leg was hurting again so just did 15 min swimming then 30min deep water run. didn't do hurdles cause hurt to much so just did weights and abs.

pool workout with the team this morning did 2 sets of 15,30,30,15,15,30,30,15 with 15s inbetween and 45s between sets then 15min deep water run. also did my second set in the deep end cause my leg was really bothering me. after did hurdles and weights

had an exam today during practice time so came after. did 30 min on the elliptical took it easy because had osteopath this morning so didn't want to get to sore. after did weights.

Hour in the pool today deep end running. Felt really tired but once got going felt good
