On elliptical 10 mins easy, 10 mins medium, 10 mins hard, 3 mins easy, 2 X (3 , 2 , 1min, hard with 1 min easy) with 2 mins easy between sets,15 mins down, after did hurdles weights and abs. Felt good today to do full workout in elliptical leg was getting sore near end tho so did cool down really slow
