15min wu 16 min at tempo 2min easy 5x 2min hard/ 1 min easy 15min cd good workout today close to the end my leg was starting to hurt but wasn't to bad just went bit slower on my cool down.

good workout today leg was hurting during the drills mostly and bit of workout but just tried not to think about it and focus in on the workout. after did strength.

leg was still hurting today from yesterdays pool workout so just did 30 min elliptical today started off 15min easy 10 min medium and only 5 min hard. yesterday night was having shooting pains in my leg again. after did weights.

leg was really bothering me today during the workout. tried to not think about it but the pain was just to bad so kind of messed up my workout didn't get as much out of it as i would of liked.

15wu 10min med 10min hard 3 min easy 1,2,3,2,1 hard with 1min easy between 15cd then did weights. good workout today really got after it and put myself in an uncomfortable place.

45 min pool run today then did weights and stretched and rolled for quit a while after everything.
