Trail run on the chevin a few pathless sections when I tried to explore new routes. Back was a bit tender again i think its the mtb that seems to be triggering it. Finished with some stride outs

Not sure why I thought taking a few hours off in the afternoon to go running in 28 degrees heat was a good idea......slightly enjoyable but had to stop twice to cool down as I was too hot. Ran around trails at Harewood House.

Meanwood Trails run. Must say I felt awful tonight, stiff legs, stiff shoulders and breathing quite hard. Went home and relaxed on the sofa afterwards and went to bed earlier than usual. Woke up today (Tuesday) feeling alot better. No pilates or yoga last night as classes cancelled and no one to cover them.
