Trail run 1:54:50 [3] 11.7 mi (9:49 / mi) +804ft 9:13 / mi

Went out for an hour and a half but it turned into 2 hours. Nice run, really enjoyed it on Ilkley Moor.
5 PM

Yoga 1:00:00 [0]

One of my favourite yoga classes. Not difficult but lots of stretching and very relaxing.

Trail run 1:05:40 [3] 7.74 mi (8:29 / mi) +390ft 8:06 / mi

Decided to leave early and work from home the rest of the day so managed to get my run in whilst still light. Very bewildered though as I seemed to have averaged 8.29 mm pace for nearly 8 miles on the trails (some hard packed paths and roads but 50% on wooded trails, golf courses) which was not much slower than my flat road run last night!!!

road run 36:14 [2] 4.35 mi (8:20 / mi) +121ft 8:07 / mi

Tonights run was about running every day rather than mileage as I don;t want to increase my mileage too much however, I didn't think it was possible to run as slowly as I did.....I wouldn't mind if I had felt bad but I felt like I was running at a decent pace or at least no slower than lately i.e. 750 pace. Pretty gutted to see 8.19 average for 4 very flat road miles

Felt stiff and weak which is what happens when you don't do any strength work for a couple of weeks
