Mile splits were 8.01, 7.30, 7.21, 7.52, 7.57 and bizarrely 8.24 for the last 0.4 miles....actually felt quite comfortable tonight almost feeling like a runner again! My stunt says fastest mile was 7.13. The loop I do isn't particularly flat which explains the difference in mile splits.
