clibbys training....focussing on compass bearings and distance estimation. distance estimation, some of the streamers were in the wrong spot. so i didnt really spike any of them. i felt good.

bridget got to lead us in a interval training work out. did 1 min,2,3,3,2,1 with 1min rest in between. felt good
