After a week or 2 off I'm starting to get back into it. Been pretty lazy lately. Was intensity 1 then 2 then 3 then by the end it was 4. Took it pretty easy.

Not sure on the distance. Really slow. Its basically impossible to do under 8 minute ks in that part of bunyaville. Felt really bad and just didn't feel tops. Map also needs to be remapped me and Krystal found many water courses that were maped in different angles than what they were on the ground.

Didn't have time to warm up before the start, thought we were going to have more time. Was fairly quick straight off. It was pretty fun without the tracks on the map and made an easy map, quite hard in some places.

Second course of the relay. I did the street o one. I got the 6 that were the furtherest away. Took it pretty easy because I knew that we would be waiting for Leane to come in once I got back because she went out about 5-10 minutes after me on a longer bush course.

Wasn't to bad. Was nice running in the wet, was really good with the light rain, bit of change from the hot weather that we have had lately. Was sliding alot in the mud. The first 2.5km was alot quicker, on the 2nd 2.5 I really started to feel yesterdays run.

Was having a really good run, I was hitting everything spot on but I was being quite cautious. Then at no.8 I lost concentration and went up the wrong track. Once on the track I focused on running and then after about 2 minutes I realised that the track was taking was to long to get to the end, I ended up about 100m from the AA. Lost about 3 minutes on this control and it was the only one that I lost time on.

Riding for the bridge over the redcliffe and then to some park for lunch. Then back to the bridge. There was a massive head wind on the way there which made it really slow, but awesome for coming back.

Up camp mt with Duncan. Couldn't find the steep straight track so had to go round the long way.

Alright, just really slow. Didn't really make any mistakes. Just rode really slow, I think MTB after a really o week is pretty bad. Legs were sore and just didnt have the riding fitness
