Schools Rogaine with Chris. We were setting a pretty good pace up until the 2 hour mark. Then Chris started getting cramps and I started to get blisters. So we walked the rest back. Got back with 15 minutes spare and got all the controls. Lost by about 5 minutes :(.

At Old Hidden Vale. Was feeling alright up to no.5 or 6. Then I just got really tired, felt like absolute crap. Lost a minute on 5. Then just lost alot of time on running. I felt so bad...
