1. 3:53 (it was ok, only i gave up a bit at the end)
2. 4:11 (blech)
3. 4:23 (gave up about halfway)
4. 4:02 (alright i suppose.)

pretty crap session, i felt terrible, im so tired lately, worried im getting sick again.
