hehe you know whats funny? my warm-up/down was longer than the actual training. it was some random shit that willy made us do for middle distance training. like a short fartlek - jog for 30s sprint for 30s etc...i was pretty tired at the end - he made us sprint fast :(

i did strength training today lol...my little sister and brother wanted horsey rides, so i crawled around with about 45 kg on my back. it was kinda painful.

didnt run very well, was a bit too far to the right of the first control, missed 4 and lost about 3 minutes and lost about 7 minutes on the 6th (wrong creek) apart from that it was okish. and my knee was a bit twingy but it was pretty ok.

oh yeah and me brooke and manal came 2nd in the relays yesterday (except it was really 3rd coz they didnt count presidents team)

and my formal is tonight!!!

400m race at school...i came 3rd...it was on a grass track so i think i have improved slightly since the last 400m i ran coz it was on tartan and i did the same time...

orienteering at one mile creek. did some stupid things - went from 4 to 6 then had to go back to 5 then back to 6 again, and overshot 8 by a fair bit. there was lots of spiky shit and my legs are scratched pretty badly.

ran 4k at sherwood this morning, 8:55 out, 9:43 back so not too good. im sore from the stupid 400 yesterday - i got to the top of the hill (about 800m) and felt like id run a 400 again. i might go for a bike ride this arvo but i shall see how i feel then.

did a 1500m (5:48), an 800m (2:50m), and a 400m (1:12) (i was forced into the 4 by our sports coordinator at school because both our 400m runners left so for some random reason he decided im the new 4 runner even tho i cant sprint and i hate 4s and i never want to do one ever again)
i did high jump too but my run up was really wrong and i didnt jump good. anyway i had no energy coz some idiot put high jump after the 15 and the 8 which is stupid. so basically i ran for 10 minutes today, plus warm-up and warm-down and thats all so i didnt really train today :)
