orienteering at amazon place park, mostly street some park. there was a really strong wind and running against that felt like i was running through custard or something.

same as always, but i did a sprint home from emmas, its about 1.5 km, and i did it in 2:39. which means nothing to me coz im not really a cyclist...

sprint training at lunch at school so i dont killed for not going to school training and "being part of the team" anyways we ran a couple of laps of the oval, did some run throughs, then mostly technical stuff... sprinters are pretty lazy lol

hehe you know whats funny? my warm-up/down was longer than the actual training. it was some random shit that willy made us do for middle distance training. like a short fartlek - jog for 30s sprint for 30s etc...i was pretty tired at the end - he made us sprint fast :(
