Note

was supposed to have mtbo today but after we drove 160km we find out its cancelled coz of the rain...and i got up early to go too...anways then we went to visit my cousins who live in meringandan (near toowoomba) and all up drove about 500km today and didnt do any training at all and i feel bad coz ive done like nothing this week

thought id better dig out my moutain bike and go for a bit of a ride coz of tomorrow. havent actually ridden it for more than a year but it went ok i guess...feels weird after my road bike

didnt feel like running so went for a ride, rode to indro went past my school then along and up to swann rd along swann rd down clarence rd across the bridge then rode around chelmer/tennyson/graceville/sherwood for a while then it was getting dark so i came home. im guessing it was about 35 km but i dont really know

feeling pretty good after intervals, so did 4 hill reps on my way home, 29, 27, 28, 27 seconds. i have a map which has the hill on it coz there was a thursday event in the aboretum the other week and i was going to put it on here but i cant find it. actually id just be interested to know how far the hill is and what the climb is coz ive been running up it for years and i have no idea...
