trampoline intervals

3 sets of 5 2 min reps with 30 sec between reps, 5 min between sets

20 min warmup/down/stretching

probs hardest training ive done in a long time. my legs were all wobbly for ages afterwards. and my pulse was ~204 (i counted for 10 seconds) when i finished the last rep.

jog/walk, pretty poor effort but im really tired.

trampoline again for about 15 minutes, plus 50 sit ups, 30 pushups, 40 squats and 50 step ups

dad convinced me to go for a ride with him and em even tho i went this morning but he didnt know that so i went anyway and it was ok except emily nearly killed me because she jammed on the brakes for no particular reason and i nearly hit her. i should probs pay more attention.... anyway we rode to the bridge and then back along the river.

jumped on the trampoline for a while then did some sit ups and pushups and stuff
