took gin for a jog/walk. thought id have restish day because im still not feeling that great. im pretty tired but i dont know why, ive been getting plenty of sleep.

out to the bridge along the river through yeronga along the river across bridge along river past st peters across the bridge home along oxley rd

was running pretty well until 4 when i gave up and started walking

at mt cootha. i got a bit confused sometimes with all the paths. didnt run very well either. felt like crap. had a massive headache too. but ive panadoled it away now. but i still dont feel that good.

did 4 bush intervals. me did them very slowly. plus some mapping stuff in between

out to bridge, along river through tennyson, yeronga, past wanganui, along river to bridge across bridge through uni, past st peters, across bridge home along laurel ave way. pretty ok ride, i felt a lot better afterwards then when i woke up this morning.

while i was feeling oddly motivated today i picked all my subjects for this year, wrote myself a training program and figured out some goals. and seriously considered going for a run as well as a ride today but then i decided eating was a better option...and its my birthday so i get to have a day off running..
