Orienteering 1:28:22 [3] 5.7 km (15:30 / km)
red 3 at german church reserve. spiked the first 8 controls, except i was a bit too high on 5 but only lost maybe 30 secs max. probs spent around 10-15 minutes running around in circles looking for no 9. then i was way off on no 10, probs lost another 3-4 minutes. rest was ok. it was really thick green scrubby stuff. my legs are pretty scratched. one day ill learn to wear long pants. probs not though.
went to the beach yesterday. it was fun, but i'm sunburnt now. and then i went out last night, and we were dancing for 4 or 5 hours and my muscles are really sore. i'm tempted to log it as training, but somehow i don't think its particularly beneficial to orienteering.
