lost about 5 minutes at the first control, just stuffing around and being stupid. pretty good until 5, i was a gully too far over but i though i was the gully before, lost another 5 minutes or so there. pretty much went awesomely from 6 - 10, then stupidly went from 10 - 12, lost about 8 minutes going to 12 then back to 11 and back to 12. pretty annoyed at myself for doing that. i'm ok with this run though, even though i did some pretty stupid things, because i was running really well (as in just running, not orienteering) and i think sometimes i just need to concentrate a bit more, i tend to stuff up after i've been spiking controls.
