went to the gym with my mum because she needed someone to go with because my sister was doing her assignment.
was just running on the treadmill but i got bored so i did some other stuff too. leg extensions, leg curls, lat pulldowns, and some other stuff i forget.

then i went to baskins and ate lots of icecream :)
