Post-gym Wimpole with Iain and Niamh. Suffering a bit early on, but felt good after Chapel Hill and took a big turn between Bourn and Toft which is admittedly the fastest/nicest bit of the ride, but averaged 40kph for the segment which was satisfying. Felt like I emptied the tank, watch says Z3 at best - classic.
