Forest-O race 41:10 [3] 7.2 km (5:43 / km) +160m 5:09 / km

JK Relay.

I think it was dehydration and a lot of leg tiredness but this was a disaster. Good through to no. 4 then just died haaard on the fell. Any remaining motivation killed off after a neat route to the wrong control just after spectator. Absolute grind into the finish and 6 minutes off the pace :(

Forest-O race 1:15:45 [4] 14.2 km (5:20 / km) +160m 5:03 / km

JK Long, 6th.

Very slow off the start and a couple weak route choices, but pulled myself together at about 4. Not too many errors but legs in pieces by the end. Happy to finish tbh.

Forest-O race 26:49 [5] 5.1 km (5:15 / km) +40m 5:04 / km

JK Middle, 6th.
Pretty solid race, lost a minute sitting in a marsh looking for a knoll and scrappy in a few other places. Would've been tough to get any better than 5th though.

Sprint-O race 17:41 [5] 4.2 km (4:13 / km) +10m 4:10 / km

JK Sprint, 6th.
Fairly good, possibly could've gone faster but not the 40s required without some major errors.

Sprint-O 15:47 [4] 3.3 km (4:47 / km)

Cheeky bit of practice at Keele uni using W16 from the British a couple years back. Lot of new construction and a few nippy errors but overall fairly clean and shins feeling much better for a few days rest.

Running (out of date) 18:12 [3] 3.8 km (4:47 / km) +40m 4:33 / km

Had planned a session but shins weren't having it on the way down. Definitely a bit worrying if they're gonna flare up right now but nothing i can really do. SAD!
