Annoying for garmin to stop today, stole from Jack's strava. Filthy long run with Jack Fred and Will in the Pentlands: hillend-allermuir-castlelaw-turnhouse-getlost™-allermuir-hillend.
Bit of an effort on castlelaw and second allermuir climbs, but otherwise chilled pace. Legs zonked at finish but recovered okay. Calories sufficiently replenished at Carcas fry-up and Eades anniversary afternoon tea ;)

Nice Wednesday run, bit of an early start though. Did Links-Meadows-HB-Meadows-Toms with Tom and an extra loop down canal and Morningside with Fred. Feeling pretty good except the calves which are still quite tight.

Experiment with logging deliveroo has come to an end. Basically just can't be bothered and not sure its that useful (also don't need it to make it look like I'm training any more since I'm back running very nearly painfree :p)

Wee cruise along the canal with T +5k down and back. Turns out Fountainbridge is further to run than I thought. Calves on fire after Allermuir descent yesterday and weather dismal but felt pretty good anyway.
