York Sprint

Gave it everything, which wasn't very much. Pretty clean with just two wrong route choices and some scrappiness, but just didn't have the lungs for this. Finished and thought I was gonna pass out for about 20 minutes, feeling absolutely disgusting but actually quite pleased with the run. Don't think it could've gone very much better given the circumstances :/
