Well baby steps I guess. 'Finished' a 'long' 'run' for the first time this term and for a decent time before that. Dropped by the group and took the short route home after legs gave out at around the 7k mark. Really shuffling by the end, but did at least run the whole way.
I really don't understand why I'm finding these so difficult, it doesn't help that the pack usually goes off around 4:00/km and I can't be gaining from waking up less than 15 mins before the run starts but that's not enough of an excuse for what used to be an 18+km weekly run turning into 13k of broken shuffling.
