Return to night sprints means a return to low mileage and incompetence. Very well planned given how lacking Girton is as an area, but frankly should've just gone for a steady instead.

Felt pretty grim after the 4th 800 (had been planning 6) so decided to go for quality over quantity. Generally not as fast as I would have liked, but did have to do the whole session in lane 3 with an extremely high NARP concentration in lanes 1 and 2 to make me feel good about myself.

Bit of sprintervals action with Aidan at Trumpington. Feeling pretty good, just one or two 15s errors and some 5s route choice type things. Turns out sprint-o is a lot easier when you don't try to do it at 100%.

Starting at 30s intervals with Aidan which was ideal for not catching or getting caught, but seeing enough of each other to motivate.

5k out and 3.5 back home

Absolute shocker at #1 though not convinced it was really my fault. Then quite good with a few smaller misses, stupid error midway through a long leg, then another dumb mistake at #17.

Feeling much much happier with nav in the light, but then again Marius still took over 4 mins out of me :/
