(rest day)

Will most likely be a double rest day before weekend selections unless I really feel the need for a quick spin tomorrow. Physical preparation has been better this time than pre-Wharncliffe where I was still a bit rusty.

Back to AP as of today (backdated a couple of cycles). Keep losing and regaining the inspiration to log online but definitely best to keep at it.

Cycling hills 50:00 [3]

Tooled about for a bit trying to find something suitable. Found a nice 5 minute hill loop but was put off by a suicidal dog. Ended up doing 2x(5x1'[1'])[2'] up a steep hill. Short reps seemed to work for getting HR and breathing up without really burning up the legs too much which is probably the fitness I need atm.

All the way round the Dundee Green Circular. Nice enough and fun to see the outside of the whole city
