Lovely lovely session with the boys including one very sneaky Pete.

Full session was two sets of 5-1, and actually would have been fine with that but committed to keeping it short for the knee beforehand, so stuck to the plan. Don't think the fitness has taken too much of a hit. Onwards :)

Grumpily accepted an extra day off yesterday on mother's orders.

Comeback lap of Coldhams.

Knee a bit grim to start with, noticeable on impact and pretty unpleasant to 'break in' to the full range of motion, but improved a lot over the first few k. Think I just need to run through it now.

More worryingly, this just felt like really hard work given it was 4:40s, knee a lot less bouncy than pre-smash, but hopefully that will come back.
