Late pootle, stars out on JGreen, chucked in some reckless strides on the way back. Nice to know I can touch 3:00s, but also not entirely sure what the benefit was. Hope I don't pay lol

Slightly rogue option to switch to lower-cushioning very old shoes, but I think overusing one pair probably isn't the way. Lap of coldham's and first sustained run back. noice.
