Bit of a shocker that, just didn't focus and made the inevitable mistakes because of that. Not a good enough excuse, but I wonder if camping the night before races is just not gonna work for me (same dealio at Simpson Ground 3 weeks ago)

Absolutely baking up, cannot believe how hot it is out. Just a test run, but could have kept going - niggles sorted.

No session today out of a combination of niggle, taper, and the fact the track session was rubbish short stuff (although later gossip revealed that, shock horror, the session was changed at the last minute).
Up the towpath with Luke, including 10T at real actual tempo pace (3:20s), then home.
Would have done this on the end of the run earlier but didn't give myself the time before 4pm seminar

Toft from home. Felt quite big in the end, not enjoying the dry rutted ground and shoes feeling a bit less supportive than they used to. But otherwise what a day for it, and good chats with Pete and Luke.
