ahr:170 max:198 spiked:18/22c shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Interland selection race near Bournemouth
Felt good at start but had a terrible first control after going off the wrong way
Got into it a bit but at number 5 made a mistake as it was really hard to find
After that it was pretty much just running which was good for me
There was a controversial number 8 which was taken out in the end which meant I didn't win
Came 2nd so I was pleased but a bit annoyed I could have won

Did the park run loop with school
Decided to lay off it a bit to save myself for the weekend
Felt quite good

Did a 400m loop with a steep hill in middle
Breaks after every loop
Not full gas as I was still saving myself

Slower than my fastest as I felt quite bad in legs.
First real exercise since the weekend so wasn't too bad of an attempt
