Started off well was chasing some guys down but when I didn't chase one guy no one else rode so some guys attacked and I just looked at the others and they weren't gonna pull so I attacked but got stuck in between going at the same pace as the group ahead. Then two guys caught me and we rode round together. 6th I think

First run since six days felt shit and it was hot. Flat running in East Anglia is so shit and boring but got a rush of adrenaline when I ran through a field of wheat at the end.
