Fuck me woke up with a stinking cold and so did a few others sorry if I was the one who gave it to u.
Was struggling to get a good pace and every technique just went out the window lots of little mistakes but thankfully was able to correct relatively quickly.
I felt good on the hills tho so that's a positive.
