Putting voltarol and ice on my knee has seemed to have made a difference. Still struggling on stairs. Hopefully won't be too long till I can get back on the turbo.

Was two laps of this with some steep hills but near the end of the first lap my left knee was really hurting so I had to stop early.
I think it is from when I fell over on Sunday but not the impact the actual slip.
So no fitness test for me on Saturday
