3 mins of 1st about 130 of 2nd
First proper run since jhis so wasn't expecting anything.
Messed first one up me and Dan went to wrong stream.
Rest was clean and wasn't too slow just after 9 i had nothing so was crawling up the hill but knew I would be ok on the downhill.
Shattered at the end
Injury was fine but hurt after a bit so dunno if recovered yet.
