JK long-13th
Went into this just wanting to get round.
Felt like I was doing alright until 8 where I got caught by Thomas Laraia who was very scrappy so we kept taking different routes. Then Jack caught us up and they got away on the long leg. After that my feet were killing me so decided to go to drink station and jog/walk it in. Nav was fine throughout the race with a few misses.
Felt awful after and could barely stand up without feeling like I was gonna chunder. So not a nice way to end a decent JK given the circumstances.

Jk middle-13th
Probably most encouraging result of the weekend. Pace wasn’t too bad despite fading towards end. But fat 4 minutes lost at 14 and 15, putting me in 5th.Just got so confused and didn’t really read the map properly, perhaps do to the heat. Could’ve been a lot worse if I hadn’t of found Stan. Finished with Tom and looking back should’ve put more effort in at the end.

JK Sprint- 14th
Went into this not expecting anything so quite happy I managed top 15 to be honest after spending last week on the sofa.
Illness definitely had an affect on me as chest was killing me and was struggling to breath properly.
No real mistakes just lack of speed.
