12c shoes: Columbia Trail Meister IV

All Saints High School training session, map scale (and distances) differ from map, 1:4000. B.

I had a terrible time reading the map. Is my vision now that poor or were the details particularly small? At speed, I could not read the trails on the map.

Heat, not enough rest and no water may have been the impact on my speed.

Running race 9:57 [5] **** 1.6 km (6:13 / km)
shoes: Columbia Trail Meister IV

All Saints High School training session, map scale (and distances) differ from map, 1:4000. Trail run, it was nice to just run. However, I did fall off the line a few times and ran farther than I needed to.

12c shoes: Columbia Trail Meister IV

All Saints High School training session, map scale (and distances) differ from map, 1:4000. A. The same course was used earlier but now we had more than just contours to read.
