Running30:00 [3] 4.16 km (7:13 / km) shoes: The North Face Ultra 106 GTX X
With my heavy lifting in Lela's yard the past two days, there was no time for a workout. This morning on my way to her place I paused for a run along Greens Creek.
The non-cardio portion involved pushing the bike or running from and to the parked bike. Bending over yesterday I put out my back. The bike wasn't too bad. I am glad that I had M's woman's bike for lifting my leg over the centre bar.
