Harbourfront Timex 10km Road Race, St. John's
18h00
registration 17h00 Foran Greene Room City Hall, St. John´s

Municipal authorities have forced the postponement of this event from a Saturday evening to a Sunday morning: 08h30, registration 07h45 .

The race was won by Newfoundland's best: Colin Fewer 31:28. G V Paul also raced: 41:35.

While I was dressed for the warmth, I was not mentally ready for the 20° temperature. With the first 6k being uphill and upwind (32 kph), a negative-split is a given.
