I've established a pattern. The best way to determine a high-quality workout is by how difficult it is to walk the following day. I'm also dealing with blisters and lots of cuts. What a great adventure.

Adventure Run began with an untimed four-control scramble (score-O) to sort out real starters. Realising how warm I would be, I stopped for a long drink and dropped a layer of clothing before taking map and punching start.

Went to Kingston to EOSSAA Cross-country for Corey in the senior boys 7k. I covered a lot of ground.

This cold/flu seems stronger than the first day of COLD-fX.

The rain changed my plan for cycling. I spent 2.5 hours putting the NordicTrack C2400 together. A treadmill with a useless knee is a lot more dangerous than running outdoors.
