Since Monday when I started a turn on aspirin, muscles in both legs have been stiff. Could be dehydrated. Could be running too hard, despite what the clock says. But I suspect that I'm still fighting the common cold.

Except for #6 (which I can never find), I appreciated the new tape at all the controls. Colin must have prepared last weekend's meet before getting sick and cancelling the event.

I limped through all of the orienteering portion. In the 15 minute run to the finish, I was unable to bring left foot forward enough, impacting forefoot with the forward motion of each stride.

I wish our club was not so good at removing tape after meets. Wearing the new HRM, I now know orienteering is the cardio-activity of choice. My highest rate was on simple but limping trail runs.
