Running 34:26 [3] 4.88 km (7:03 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Nike Pegasus+ 26 GTX

This workout was definitely Ziggy assisted and should be logged as canicross. However, this may turn out to be the only outing this month that I could log as running.

Ziggy got home at midnight.

geocaching (Cité des Jeunes) 1:10:00 [1] 6.9 km (10:09 / km)
rhr:41 shoes: Nike Pegasus+ 26 GTX

I started out geocaching but then finished up by checking control sites with Richard. The actually time would be more than twice that recorded but it was a non-aerobic outing anyway. This log is simply to remind myself why this day was not to be considered a rest day.

Low blood pressure (102/64)?

I ran the short advance course and it measured 4.5k true vs 4.1k orienteering. Something must be wrong with one or both of my measurements.
