geocaching 16:00 [3] 1.6 km (10:00 / km)

While they barely resemble shoes anymore, my Columbia Trail Meisters have just broken through the 1000km mark. However, the NB MT572 which I had intended for the Boilermaker are now destined for early retirement after barely 200km. The big toe is breaking through. I'll hold off shopping til late next week.

canicross 18:15 [3] 2.2 km (8:18 / km)

Ziggy was a star. Even with two huskies head on he obeyed the on-by command.

canicross 16:00 [3] 1.8 km (8:53 / km)
shoes: New Balance MT572

I should have checked the weather before taking Ziggy out. Humidex 30 is just too much for him.

Oh sure, I finally have an okay race (even if it did feel like home field advantage) and there aren't enough APers in the event to get metric points.
