Because I slept in my bed and not the coughing room, I guess I should mark myself as recovered. However, coughing and sneezing continues as if pollen is the real issue. It's been 15 months since I was last sick.

geocaching 52:00 [1] 2.5 km (20:48 / km)
shoes: The North Face Ultra 106 GTX X

This midnight caching GC4BMAM run is only worthy of a log because of adrenilin rush from navigational and vegetational challenges.

Running 43:00 [3] 5.45 km (7:53 / km)

I failed at the negative split but I'm blaming heat (27c) and hills. Did I blow out cold or blow up me?

Note

I knew I wouldn't get to South March because there was a plan to take Leila for Easter service at Greek Orthodox. I was too sick to get out of bed, or go to church or go to woods. I don't think I slept all weekend due to nasal drip. Monday morning, I took Ziggy for a short hike in South March Highlands, 27° and bug free.
